Terra Developments and the City of Regina approached Makewell to help bring 'The Towns', a Regina east-side development, to life. For the first few years, development struggled to gain attention on a very basic logo and website. What it lacked was any sort of desire. There was brand confusion with other nearby developments and they desperately needed to identify themselves. There was a history to the name 'The Towns' and we felt that story was not being told. Through a strong visual identity, logo re-design, messaging, and cohesive marketing material, we were able to start gaining attention, driving traffic for home building partners, and start effectively telling the brand story.
